JOB SUMMARY

Buccino Leadership Institute Videographer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Videographer records live events and creates video content for the Buccino Leadership Institute (BLI) to post on our webpage and social media sites. This role is responsible for attending selected BLI events, producing, editing, and publishing video content.

• Provide recording schedule and publishing dates

• Develop ideas to help with BLI marketing

• Coordinate and manage recording equipment

• Collaborate with BLI administrators, Student Podcast Producer & Editor and Student Director of Strategic Communications

• Provide schedule for on campus work hours

• Attend monthly meetings with Assistant Director and/or other BLI administrators to provide updates

• Recruit a production team if required

• Serve and/or delegate a representative from the production team to attend events such as our Student Initiatives Fair, Open House, and/or Visit Days

• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by BLI administrators

FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT

NO -- Federal Work Study eligibility not required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a videographer

• Proficiency in writing, oral communication, and editing

• Understanding of best practices applied to produce effective audio and visual content

• Management, organization and time management skills

Must be enrolled at least half-time for Fall 2025

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience using Adobe Premiere and/or other video editing software.
